Activity in both the Atlantic and Pacific basins has picked up over the weekend with the National Hurricane Center watching several areas for tropical development. An area southwest of Hawaii could become Lala within the next few days, and could potentially threaten Hawaii. There are also three areas in the Atlantic we are watching. Meteorologist Jennifer Gray has the latest forecast.
