Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy issued a disaster declaration as wildfire destroyed homes in the small community of Tok, Alaska. The fast-moving Mukluk Fire started Monday as winds downed a power line in a backyard. Hundreds of firefighters are battling the blaze, which has burned more than 7 square miles and was 16% contained on Tuesday.
