Gusty winds expected through Tuesday morning. What: Easterly winds becoming southerly this evening with gusts up to 70 km/h possible. Southwesterly winds Monday afternoon becoming northwesterly Monday night with gusts of 70 to 90 km/h. When: Today through Tuesday morning. Additional information: The onset of the strongest wind gusts are expected to be with the passage of a cold front Monday afternoon. Winds are expected to ease later Tuesday morning. Additionally, much colder temperatures along with impactful snow squalls and blowing snow are expected Monday night into Tuesday morning for areas to the southeast of Georgian Bay.
