Strong winds that may cause damage are expected. What: A long duration wind event with strong gusts at times. When: Now through early Sunday morning. Where: - B.C. Peace River District - Fort Nelson - near Sikanni Chief Additional information: Another strong low pressure system will track through northern British Columbia tonight, bringing strong southwesterly wind gusts of 80 to 100 km/h. Communities south of Dawson Creek may experience gusts exceeding 100 km/h. Winds will ease early Sunday morning. ### Local utility outages are possible. High-sided vehicles will be pushed around by the wind. Wind warnings are issued when there is a significant risk of damaging winds.
