Areas of freezing drizzle continue. What: Patchy freezing drizzle with a few millimetres of ice build-up. When: Continuing into this evening. Additional Information: Snow is expected to move into the area through this evening, bringing an end to the freezing drizzle. ### Roads, walkways, and other surfaces will likely become icy and slippery. Description

Brief, intense snowfall is expected to develop. Under the snow squall, visibility will be significantly reduced due to the heavy snow combined with blowing snow. What: Significantly reduced visibility in heavy snow and blowing snow. Local snowfall amounts of 2 to 5 cm. Northwesterly wind gusts of up to 60 km/h. When: This evening. Additional information: A sharp cold front is expected to move across the area this evening, possibly bringing a brief burst of heavy snow and blowing snow along with it. This will be accompanied by wind gusts up to 60 km/h as well as falling temperatures in the wake of the front. ### Travel may be hazardous. Visibility may be suddenly reduced to near zero at times.
