The Weather Company® is here to help you plan each day, from knowing when to toss a sweater in your bag to when your plane might experience turbulence en route. We know that your Personal Data (defined in section “Personal Data”) is important to you. It’s important to us too! We believe in ethical and transparent use of Personal Data.

We have designed this Privacy Policy focused on how you interact with our Services (defined in section “We Are The Weather Company”) and common questions you may have. Our Privacy Policy applies differently depending on how you use our Services and where you’re located. We are The Weather Company, LLC, including our subsidiaries and affiliates (“we,” “us,” and “our”) and the online services that bring weather information to you. These collective services (“Services”) include:

The Weather Channel® (weather.com website, mobile apps, in-vehicle app, app for Apple TV, and skill for Amazon Alexa);
Weather Underground® (wunderground.com website and mobile apps);
Storm Radar™ (mobile app);
SnowCast™ (mobile app); and
Any other websites and services that reference or link to this Privacy Policy.

The Services do not include websites, apps, or other services that reference, link to, or are subject to another privacy policy. In particular, this Privacy Policy does not apply to The Weather Channel TV App, The Weather Channel Television Network, and any related websites or other online properties provided by Weather Group Television, LLC or any other Allen Media Group affiliated entities.
