WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 95 mph. For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 15 inches. WHERE...The foothills and plains adjacent to the Rocky Mountain Front. WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 3 PM MDT this afternoon. For the Winter Storm Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 6 PM MDT Saturday. IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Winds gust over 95 mph along the immediate eastern slopes of the Rocky Mountain Front. WHERE...The Rocky Mountain Front and adjacent foothills and plains, and Eastern Glacier, Western Toole, and Central Pondera Counties. WHEN...Until 3 PM MDT this afternoon. IMPACTS...Damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel could be very difficult to dangerous, especially for high profile or light weight vehicles. Blowing dust or snow could significantly reduce visibility at times. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Peak wind speeds are likely between 3 AM and 9 AM Thursday. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
