• Isolated to scattered rain and thunderstorms are likely elsewhere, with snow expected in northern Ladakh.
• Fairly widespread rain and thunderstorms are expected over Central and Northeastern India.

5-day nationwide forecast

The Gujarat-Rajasthan border is forecasted to experience occasional heavy rain and thunderstorms on Thursday and Friday due to converging winds in the region.

A cyclonic circulation over the Bay of Bengal is expected to develop into a low-pressure area by Thursday. While most of the rainfall will remain offshore, increasing rain is anticipated over Odisha, southern Chhattisgarh, Telangana, and northern Andhra Pradesh in the coming days.
