Rain, heavy at times is expected. The frozen ground has a reduced ability to absorb this rainfall. Locations: southern New Brunswick. Total rainfall: 40 to 60 mm, with locally higher amounts possible. Time span: continuing until Tuesday afternoon. Remarks: Rain at times heavy is expected until Tuesday afternoon. There is a risk of thundershowers Tuesday morning. Very mild temperatures will result in rapid melting of the remaining snowpack. Localized flooding may occur in areas with poor drainage. Ensure storm drains and gutters are clear of ice and debris to reduce localized flooding. ### Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times.
