The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. WINDS...North 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent. IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will be capable of spreading rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. Obey all local burn restrictions and burn bans. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
