For the Gale Warning, south winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 9 to 14 ft expected. WHERE...Portions of Atlantic coastal waters. WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM EDT early this morning. For the Gale Warning, from 6 AM this morning to 2 AM EDT Tuesday. IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
