WHERE...Portions of north central, northwest, and west central Illinois and east central Iowa. WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon. IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute. Strong winds could cause tree damage. IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
