WHERE...Portions of north central, northwest, and west central Illinois and east central Iowa. WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 1 PM CDT Monday. IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
