WHERE...Eastern Pondera and Eastern Teton Counties, and Cascade County below 5000ft. WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT this evening. IMPACTS...Visibilities will drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Plan on slippery road conditions. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel, have a winter survival kit with you.
