...Gusty Southwest Winds Expected Today... Sustained winds of 15 to 25 mph are expected through early afternoon with gusts of 30 to 35 mph. A few higher gusts may briefly reach up to 40 mph. The strong wind gusts may result in loose outdoor items being blown around along with minor tree damage. Travel may also be difficult for high profile vehicles, especially on east-west oriented roadways.
