...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING TO 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR MOST OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS... WINDS...North 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 17 percent. IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will be capable of spreading rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. Obey all local burn restrictions and burn bans. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now...or will shortly. A combination of strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures will create explosive fire growth potential.

IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
