WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, southwest Michigan, and northwest Ohio. WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT /7 PM CDT/ this evening. IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Avoid windows during the windstorm. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution if you must drive.

WHEN...Until further notice. IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Significant flooding occurs on DeKalb County Road 42 about 3 miles northeast of Newville. Considerable agricultural and low land flooding occurs along the St. Joseph River to the Cedarville Reservoir. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:40 AM EDT Friday the stage was 13.8 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 3:40 AM EDT Friday was 13.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 12.9 feet early Tuesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
