A combination of snow, ice pellets, and freezing rain is expected. Locations: east coast of Newfoundland. Total snow and ice pellet amounts: 10 to 20 cm. Freezing rain duration: near 4 hours. Total freezing rain amounts: 2 to 5 mm. Time span: overnight tonight until Thursday evening. Remarks: Precipitation is expected to begin as snow, with significant accumulations possible, before transitioning to several hours of ice pellets and freezing rain then rain or drizzle.
