Here's where you may see weather conditions lead to some travel headaches, either in the form of flight delays or slippery roads.

Sunday

- East: An area of low pressure pulling away from the East Coast will bring rain to much of New England and eastern New York, with ice possible in parts of Maine, northern New Hampshire and northern Vermont. Rain showers will also develop in the Southeast and mid-Atlantic later in the day into Sunday night. Temperatures will be slightly above average.

- Central:  Winter Storm Bruce will bring snow or a mix of rain and snow along with gusty winds that may make travel dangerous from the central Plains into the Great Lakes. That low-pressure system will bring rain and some thunder from the Deep South into parts of the Midwest. Temperatures will be colder than average in much of the Plains.

- West: Mainly dry conditions are anticipated, with a few rain and snow showers possible in parts of the Northwest late Sunday. Below-average temperatures are expected in the Rockies.
