October Temperature Outlook: Frighteningly Summery

October's forecast brings a Halloween temperature twist with most of the U.S. experiencing above-average warmth, but at least the Southeast and Northwest are staying relatively near normal. Unfortunately for the rest of us, only Florida will be getting some fall-appropriate cooler weather.
