Springlike Temperatures Return To Much Of US

This week will feel much more like spring than winter across a huge portion of the country. Temperatures will run well above average from the Plains to the Northeast. Across the South, temperatures will climb into the upper 70s and low 80s. We could see record highs and record warm lows broken all week as the warmth spreads eastward.
