Temperatures will take a double dip across the Central and Eastern U.S. as we near the weekend, but there’s one spot that will mostly avoid the chill. The weather across the Lower 48 continues to move with agility and that means temperatures will be up and down until a more solid pattern takes hold. The first of a pair of cold shocks is already arriving, but a second one is coming for the weekend. Florida will remain sultry even through this weekend as the winter storm parade tracks well to the north.
