Extreme heat is building across the West, leading to days of daily records falling. The highs across the West should be 10-25 degrees above average, peaking for most on Tuesday. Some relief is expected for the Pacific Northwest, but the rest of the West will only see a slight improvement. Meteorologist Sara Tonks has the latest.
