Life-threatening flooding is expected in the mid-Mississippi Valley on Friday and Saturday. Rainfall rates of more than two inches per hour are likely to fall on increasingly soggy ground in Little Rock, Memphis, Nashville, Louisville and possibly as far north as Cincinnati and Indianapolis.
