National Hurricane Center Tracking Fernand, Invest 99L

The National Hurricane Center is tracking Tropical Storm Fernand and Invest 99L in the Atlantic. Fernand is passing well to the east of Bermuda and will likely weaken late Monday before becoming post-tropical midweek. Invest 99L will move across the Windward Islands Monday. Development chances continue to decrease as this tropical wave moves into a more unfavorable environment. Here’s the latest.
