An early season storm will continue to impact California bringing a flood threat and severe threat to Southern California Tuesday. A few severe storms will be possible in places like Los Angeles, Long Beach and Santa Barbara. The main threat will be damaging wind gusts, although an isolated brief tornado and hail cannot be ruled out. Heavy rain could also lead to flooding, especially near burn scars.
