Highs In The 80s, 90s This Weekend

A large ridge of high pressure will develop across the western half of the U.S. allowing temperatures to rise a good 25-35 degrees above average the rest of this week and into the weekend. Hundreds of record highs and record warm lows will be in jeopardy each day. Saturday will be the warmest day across the Plains as highs surge into the 90s from Texas to Nebraska.
