Arctic air is plunging south from Canada into the Northern US, bringing bitter cold temperatures to much of the region. Wind chills below zeros are possible for parts of the Upper Midwest through the rest of the weekend with wind chills dropping to around minus 30 by Monday morning in parts of Minnesota.
