Record Heat Builds Eastward This Week

Record heat will impact parts of the West early this week, then spread eastward throughout the week. Places like Phoenix will top out around 110 on Monday, with record highs as far north as Boise expected. Through the next few days, heat will spread into parts of the Plains.
