Multiday Flood Threat Across Plains, Midwest

A stalled front will provide a focus for multiple rounds of showers and storms across the Plains and Midwest through the end of the week. Rain will quickly add up and flooding will be possible as the ground becomes saturated. Cities most at risk include Sioux Falls, Des Moines, Minneapolis and Omaha. In addition to flooding, a few severe storms will be possible across the High Plains Tuesday with damaging winds and large hail as the main threats.
