Fires in Southern California, including the Palisades and Eaton fires, continue to rage as Santa Ana winds strengthen again on Tuesday. Dry conditions combined with the strong, gusty winds have resulted in extreme fire danger and the risk of rapid fire spread. But some relief is on the way.
