The long-awaited big warmup is finally here, so get outside and enjoy this week! However, for many places this will be the first extended period of warmer temperatures this year, so you’ll want to make sure to stay hydrated and gradually increase your outdoor activity to help your body acclimate. High temperatures will be 20-30 degrees above average, including places like Dallas, Kansas City, Minneapolis, Chicago and Pittsburgh. Lows will also start climbing later in the week.
