As we enter October, the tropics continue to remain active with three areas of interest dubbed by the National Hurricane Center. The area of interest is across the tropical Atlantic, between the Caribbean and Africa. This area is the result of a tropical wave moving off the coast of Africa and has a moderate chance of development within the next week.
