Bolivia's Tarija Frozen By Fierce Hailstorm

A sudden intense hailstorm stunned the Bolivian city of Tarija, covering streets with in ice and burying cars under mounds of hail. The storm damaged homes and sent hundreds of workers scrambling to repair infrastructure and clear the frozen mess left behind.
