Study: Winters Less Snowy, Shortening Across N. Hemisphere

A new study just released has found that most areas across the Northern Hemisphere have seen a decline in snowfall over the last 40 years. While Europe has been hit the hardest, there’s one area in the U.S. that has actually seen an increase in snowfall.
