Winter Storm Causes Travel Havoc In South, Including Texas

A powerful winter storm caused chaos on roads in Texas and Arkansas on Thursday, with spinouts galore and stretches of some roads closed. This affected areas like Amarillo, Little Rock and even the suburbs north of Dallas-Fort Worth. In some areas, it only took a few inches of snow to trigger numerous wrecks and slow travel to a halt.
