Devastating Floods Seen From Above In Western Alaska

Thousands of Alaskans who were evacuated ahead of major flooding may not be able to be able to return for at least 18 months. With the harsh Arctic winter ahead, repairs may not be able to begin this year. At least 1,600 evacuees are expected in Anchorage.
