Tropical Storm Imelda Could Form Today

Tropical Depression Nine will likely become Tropical Storm Imelda later today or early Monday. The storm will generate heavy rain and flooding as well as dangerous surf across Cuba and central Bahamas today. Eastern Florida will see impacts on Monday.
