A severe weather outbreak is looking more likely Thursday night into Friday and Friday night across the Plains and Midwest. Damaging winds, hail larger than baseballs and strong tornadoes will all be possible, while heavy rain could also lead to flooding. The greatest chance for severe weather, including tornadoes, will be in places like Dallas, Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Kansas City.
