Make way for ducklings! Firefighters in Bonita Springs, Florida, just south of Fort Myers, leapt into action on Tuesday to save what they called “some of our tiniest residents” after a group of (frankly adorable) baby ducklings had gotten separated from their mother.

In video posted to social media, first responders showed a firefighter carefully releasing approximately 10 ducklings onto a driveway. Their mother quickly flew down to the scene, and her ducklings immediately flocked around her.

“It’s moments like these that remind us how lucky we are to have the best firefighters in Bonita Springs watching over our community — feathered friends included!” A fire department spokesperson wrote on social media.
