Record-Smashing Cold On The Way To Northern Plains, Midwest

The next arctic blast could drop high and low temperatures into record territory across the Midwest and Great Lakes. The coldest air will be felt across the Northern Plains and Midwest by Thursday morning where low temperatures will drop below zero in places like Sioux Falls, Minneapolis, Milwaukee and Des Moines.
