Winter Storm Hernando Clobbers New York City

The “City That Never Sleeps” has been told to not travel through at least midday Monday. As Winter Storm Hernando dumps more than a foot of snow on parts of New York City, it has caused quite a mess that hundreds of snow plows are working to clear.
