A plane slid off of the runway at Detroit Metro Airport Sunday afternoon, according to emergency responders at the airport.

According to Delta officials, Flight 724 arriving from Buffalo landed safely but snowy conditions from Winter Storm Caly caused the McDonnell Douglas MD-88 to slide off the runway as it was making its way from the runway onto a taxiway, according to WXYZ.
