Thousands Without Power After Storms In Pacific Northwest

Heavy rain and strong winds lashed the Pacific Northwest Monday night, knocking out power to more than 130,000 and toppling trees. The winds were strong enough to knock down trees, one of which crashed down on a Seattle road, snarling traffic.
