Legislators Debate, Auto Makers Design, Yet Children Still Die in Hot Cars

Since 1990, an average of 39 children have died each year of pediatric heat stroke after becoming trapped inside a hot car. Activists, legislators and the auto industry all agree something must be done, but their road to a solution follows different paths.
