It’s going to be a tense weekend for thousands of people in Northern Michigan, heavy rain and rising rivers have already washed out roads, crumbled bridges and pushed into neighborhoods and homes. All eyes are on dams in Cheboygan, Newaygo county. With more severe storms expected across the Great Lakes this weekend, some homes have been evacuated, and Gov.
