Winter Storm Devin To Bring Heavy Snow and Ice To Northeast

Winter Storm Devin will impact post-Christmas travel Friday and Saturday across the Great Lakes and Northeast. A swath of 5-8 inches of snow will be possible across parts of New York, including New York City, New Jersey and Pennsylvania with up to a foot of snow possible in some isolated locations. An ice storm warning is in effect for parts of central and western Pennsylvania. Ice accumulation of a quarter inch or more is possible, which could lead to downed trees and power outages.
