Pesky Marsh Fire Near New Orleans Finally Extinguished

A monthslong marsh fire in New Orleans, causing fatal highway crashes and foul-smelling air pollution, has finally been extinguished. The fire was responsible for a fatal “superfog” condition that killed seven motorists in late October.
