Severe weather ripped across the South Tuesday, firing up storms and tornadoes that damaged homes and businesses and left hundreds of thousands of people without power in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Tennessee. But that wasn’t all - it snowed in the Texas Panhandle, and a dust storm moved through the Dallas-Fort Worth metro.
