Dramatic Helicopter Rescue During Texas Flash Floods

Watch as a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter crew is able to rescue two homeowners who were trapped above their mobile home during flash floods in central Texas. The Texas Department of Emergency Management says that over 500 people were rescued during the flash floods, including 366 by military helicopters.
