Meet Casper, a 2-year-old Ragamuffin cat who lives in Clarkdale, Arizona.

Her owner writes, "There are so many things special about her. First of all, to do with weather, whenever I go out to watch a thunderstorm under my back porch, she watches it with me through the sliding door. Other special things is every morning she consistently meows at me like she's talking to me. She also is so affectionate as well, rubbing herself on my leg, bumping her head on my leg, also purring. Next thing special about her is, I swear she is addicted to running water, like whenever she hears water turning on, she always runs extremely fast and jumps up onto the sink to drink water."
